Nose:
Wow, smells great! Sweet and fruity Ester fumes in the beginning ... fruit in rum with overripe mirabelles, figs and fudge followed by green apple and lemon cake aromas.
After awhile notes of caramel, toffee and oak are becoming more present ... vanilla flavored tea, late vintage Riesling.
A superb nose!
Palate:
Mild and smooth, pleasant to the taste.
There are fruit esters reminding me of a punch with yellow fruits, a little bit of toffee and this late vintage Riesling again. Almost no sweetness without being sour or dry. Furthermore there are aromas of apples and green salad with a herbal dressing. Vanilla and oaky notes in the background.
Finish:
Medium long staying clean and pleasant. Still fruity with vanilla and oaky notes in the aftertaste.
