This rum from a young florida based company (est. 2012) has a scent of vanilla. It is well balanced and has no after burn. Looking forward to taste more aged rums from this interesting company in a couple of years.
Nose: smoother than Havana Club Anejo 3 años.
Palate: not as tasteless as havana club 3 años.
Edit: upgraded form 5 to 6, then back to 5 after tasting ron santa cruz plata.
