Cask No. 23
One of 249 Bottles
Country of Origin: Panama
Raw Material: Molasses
Color: Amber
Nose:
Sweet alcohol fumes with the aromas of oranges and caramel. After some time I only smell caramel and toffee. Nevertheless this rum smells very tasty.
Palate:
Powerful, spirituous, sweet and spicy. Caramel and toffee with licorice and furniture polish in the background.
Becomes dryer and dryer, changing to Ricola cough drops without sugar. After some time the sweetness has almost disappeared.
Finish:
Long and spirituous. Tastes like cough syrup. The finish is dry reminding of strong black tea. Becomes a little bit unpleasant with something metallic in the aftertaste.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Amber color with golden reflection. The first nose is on the plant and the woody. On the second nose are fruits, prunes, plums, exotic fruits, bananas. It sticks well in the mouth and we feel the alcohol well integrated, it is very hot. Very long final with spices, pepper, chili and tobacco on the end.
