Coloma 8-Year

Smooth enough but there are no layers of flavors and the flavor that is there is just OK. Very short finish with coffe tail.

Coloma uses coffee liquer casks and it's awesome. Vanilla, oak, coffee and caramel with coffee notes. Bit young and harsh.

Nose was sweet, with some earthy pine notes and hints of orange. Light and crisp taste that was a little sweet with a bit of a tang it bite at the end. Oddly, no hints of coffee to me despite that being the apparent desire from coloma.

Very tasty and smooth. I could entertain this further.

Smak: pieczony banan, wiśnie, śliwki, dębina, delikatne ciemne kakao i kokos
Smak: Wyraźna słodycz, kompot ze śliwek, zielony banan, dębina (ale nie słabej przepracowanej beczki tylko dobrej jakości), delikatny kokos i mleczna czekolada

Smak zaskakująco dojrzały i bogaty - intensywny. Alkohol fajnie ukryty

Daje duże zadatki na fajny rum do cygar

The nose has vanilla and butterscotch, but the taste is a bit hot and lacking depth. Vanilla also shows up on the finish.
