Bought a bottle of New Grove Double Cask Rum Acacia Finish. Decent bottle and label design. Strong and dry Rhum Agricole flavors like grass, citrus and floral notes alongside a massive amount of oak and acacia wood flavors to the nose and palate. Very strong burn being such a dry rum.

7 Jahre im Eichenfasss gelagert 1 Jahr im Akazienfass nachgereift und ungefiltert mit 47% abgefüllt.
Leuchtend helles Mahagoni im Glas.
In der Nase reife frisch gepflückte Tropenfrüchte mit Vanille Creme.
Im Gaumen sind die 47% ein herrlicher Aromaträger und absolut nicht scharf.
Da werden Aromen von Holz, Trockenfrüchten, Karamell und Gewürzen in den Mund getragen.
Im Abgang wunderbar holzig, fruchtig und etwas rauchig.
Ein Rum der viel Zeit und Luft zum atmen braucht.
