Malibu Pineapple

So Malibu pineapple is not really a rum...but with the pineapple flavor being prevalent is actually easily tolerated over rocks....yep I said it. You can drink this Canadian concoction over rocks with no mixer. Not bad, definitely not good...unless your standards are low

the smell of pineapple is great followed by the aroma of coconut is divine
drinking it is a tropical pleasure heaven sent
pineapple flavoured with coconut flavour kicking in afterwards is just great

Perfect for exotic cocktails! Soft but very dense.

While I love the original Malibu for mixing cocktails, this one is excessively sweet with a very weak pineapple note. I am not crazy about mixing it either. The sweetness is too overpowering.

If you’re looking to add pineapple flavor to a rum-based blend, this is the most serviceable option. Not a good general mixer and not for sipping, this rum does have its place.

This is actually pretty sweet with coconut anything; creme de coconut, coconut rums, in a coconut, you get the idea.
