White Witch Spiced rum, a pot-distilled, 50% molasses- and 50% cane sugar-based rum that’s aged for one year in used rye whiskey barrels and then infused with cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla, and anise. Bottled at 76 proof.via American Rum Report
Found this at a local restaurant. Fantastic aged quality. Heavy spice (you can taste the anise) but does not overpower a great tasting rum. From the website "Tasting notes: Spicy, cinnamon, and vanilla forward. Huge flavor and uniquely balanced. Slightly sweet, barrel notes, and undeniable unique. " Agreed except for slightly sweet. This rum is really well balanced and not as sweet as many black spiced rums.
