Fair 9-Year

In Belize. The bar I am at has a full array of Fair rum. Pretty good sipper. Smooth with vanilla and oak. Again, nice viscosity which is not a hallmark of belizian rum. Rivals Tiburon. Might be better. Good body and nice oaky finish. Bravo!

Super rum very complex made by Fair for the Belgian distributor The Nectar, this 9 Year version is 65.2% alcohol. The first nose is on the almond, the marzipan. On the second nose, notes of fruit and citrus fruit come with orange peel. In the mouth, we continue on the fruits, see the candied fruits. Superb and long finish in the mouth, it is very complex and sweet.
