Kraken Black Spiced

I loved this stuff until one night when I had a few more than necessary. That additives are very sickly the following morning. This is the sort of "rum" that gets many coming over to rum who then react to non sweetened, non additive rums as being too "rummy". Once you try premium rums these sorts fade into the background as rather comical and light weight. Fun and frivolous but ultimately shallow unlike the Kraken itself.

Not to over do it but this is a pretty good rum. Not to aggressive but not too shy either. This was one of my first rums I had once I started explore outside the Bacardi and Coke bullshit I tended to indulge my self in in my earlier years.it's been awhile since I had this rum but what I do remember is that I liked it both as a sipper rum and add a good part of a drink.
If I get me a new one I will try and be more precise and update this review.

Works perfect as a Rum and Coke Rum.

Not sure how a dark spiced rum manages to be bland but kraken accomplishes it. Cool name, bottle and concept, but the rum doesn't stand up

It's okay for a mixer, same as any other spiced rum, middle shelf for me

I usually drink this with mix. It is quite sweet on its own as a spiced rum.

Für Rumtrinker eher nichts. Kann man vielleicht mit Cola mischen oder über Speiseeis schütten. Aber als Rum pur nichts für mich. Ich habe allerdings mit spiced Rums keine Erfahrung, insofern ist mein Vergleich mit ungewürzten Rums vielleicht unfair. Lakritz und sonstige Aromen.

Je ne m'attendais pas à une grande defistation. Le Kraken s est bien marié avec mon coke.
