Appleton Estate V/X rum is comprised of 15 rum blends that have been distilled from molasses in copper stills and aged between 5-10 years in oak casks (hence the "V/X"). After blending, Appleton V/X receives additional aging to unite the flavors before bottling.

This is my go to rum for rum and coke. Incredible flavours make it tasty so you can enjoy the drink without smashing it down.
Run pas trop intense, assez smooth. Ça finit bien la soirée.

Typical Apple Estate... very rich flavor..smooth..for me its better than the 12 yo.. one of the rums I drink the most

Un assemblage de 15 versions différentes de Appleton Estate, la cuvée VX est l'introduction idéale à cette gamme de rums traditionnels, tous produits à Jamaïque dans des alambics à repasse, et vieilli en fû de chêne américain.
A l'origine un domaine de sucrerie, Appleton Estate produit du rum depuis 1749. C'est donc la plus ancienne distillerie sur l'île. Rachetée en 1916 par J. Wray and Nephew, société qui représente aujourd'hui 90% des ventes en Jamaïque, tous les rums sont depuis 1997 assemblés par Joy Spence la toute première femme dans l'industrie du rum occuper ce poste important.

I found this an excellent mixing rum. Mixed with coca cola (and maybe a splash of lime juice) its just fantastic !

Este ron lo tome por mucho tiempo por su sabor y precio, sin emargo cambiaron la fórmula y ya no me gusta tanto
Really overrated I don't care for any of there rum even there highest priced gasoline is bad yuck!

Lovely memorable flavor. If there were no rough aftertaste, I would rate in 8/10.

This is OK as a mixer rum or consumed with coke but completely dreadful as straight up or on the rocks rum... Appleton highly priced and over rated
