Very fruity, almost overwhelming nose. Smoky taste takes over all others, with a lingering slightly unpleasant spice. Better when Coke is added, but still not great.

Good vanilla, cognac notes, fruit and flowery. Jamaican funk has very delicate profile, you rather feel aging and elegance. Good classic, smooth, balanced for good price. It worth 8 but young spirits take 1 point down.

Most conservative consistent with quality. You know what your getting!!

Rum from Jamaica with character - lot of gum and plastic notes, much more than in Signature Blend or 12-year version. It is of course rather harsh and not so funky as e.g. Smith & Cross, but as a mixer it is a nice option.

Certainly a step up from Signature and what really got me into sipping my rum neat.

Good flavour bit spicy and a smooth drinker with some wood favour

Simply decent. Quite good with some ice but nothing special.

Very good value for your money. Goes very well in cocktails and in sipping as well. On the nose you will find some roast bananas. In the mouth we have again bananas and some oil smokiness. The aftertaste is good with a strong burn finish. I made a couple of daiquiris and was exceptional.

Tastes a little ugly to drink straight. I want to like it but don't think this one is for me.
