Havana Club 3-Year rum is produced from molasses and aged for 3 years in white oak barrels before filtering and bottling.
Havana Club rum is produced in Cuba, where the company was founded in 1878 by José Arechabala. The company was nationalized in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution and now jointly owned by Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government.
Para ser un ron con poco tiempo de añejamiento, tiene un sabor muy peculiar, suave y rico.
Smooth aromas, with hints of oak, molasses and sugar cane. The taste is well-balanced.
Rum vhodný do miešanych napojov. Nedokázal som si ho vychutnať samotný.
Characteristic nose and flavor of cuban rum, works wonders in mixing it with coke or in refreshing cocktails but there are better alternatives (for me) for similar price tag.
Alongside Bacardi, this makes the perfect Cuba libre but would really rate this as a rum on it's own without a mixer. That makes it difficult to rate but I do love a Cuba libre so 7 stars for that purpose!
I strongly recommend to invest more money to more expensive bottle.
My wife loves this more than I do
It's nice but not as nice as people make out.
Ganz gute Standard Zutat für diverse Drinks mit Rum.
Very good flavor, very well balanced and tasty cheap rum. Flavor is probably not so complex because its youth.
Usado exclusivamente para mojito. Cumple su funcion.
It's very common in Germany when you order a Rum Cola or Cuba libre you will get Havanna Rum 3 years. It's nice to drink as a Cocktail, but horrible to drink in it's own.
Best used for mixing the classics - mojito, rum&coke etc
A smooth rum which works well in cocktails. Doesn’t feel too strong and neither too week. It taste like a fine rum, especially concerning the price.
Noch immer meine erste Wahl für Longdrinks und Cocktails.
Don’t drink it pure. But it’s the perfect rum for mixing!
A good mixing rum goes well in cocktails or with some cola
Simpel rum mostly in a bar where there is no other option.
Won't spent too much words on this one. Just add the coke and get drunk!!
Smooth, with notes of smoke, vanilla and chocolate. And I like the color, so slightly amber)
Aroma starts grassy and herbal. Neat it burns, but not harsh. Great mixer, slips into anything, has character, does not disappear. Wonderful daquiri, rum and coke, ginger beer.
Not intended to be sipped, it's a white rum. Often hear people complain white rum is harsh when taken neat. It's intended to be a mixer, use it that way.
Blandbas som funkar bra inom de mesta. Bör finnas i barskåpet om man gillar att blanda drinkar och är ett måste för en pina colada.
Smakmässigt är den ok i drinkar men aldrig bart.
Slightly aged, not completely colourless, but mostly reminiscent of a ok white rum.
Perfect for making the perfect daiquiri! Requires coconut based suntan liquid and loads of ice!
Realy great for a Cuba libre. Not for neat drinking. But who cares. It is quite cheap
