My first rum all those years ago. Bought it originally for use in cocktails and ended up drinking most of it with coke. Mixes well and should be part of anyone’s cabinet for sure
This became my everyday rum. Easy to drink mixed. Good with fresh lime juice. Good in mojitos.
If you are looking for a rum to use in a cocktail, look no further.
Bacardi has nothing on this
El adecuado para unos buenos mojitos... Buen precio para su calidad
Nothing special here, though way better than most other simple white rum of the same price. Reccomended for sure.
This is still my go to rum for mixed drinks. Havana club to me has a very unique taste that I can certainly pick out blindly, and I really enjoy. It's on par for price with all the other budget rums (Bacardi white, Captain Morgan, Lambs, etc.), and has much more personality.
A smooth rum which works well in cocktails. Doesn’t feel too strong and neither too week. It taste like a fine rum, especially considering the price.
Bedre mixer rom
Aroma starts grassy and herbal. Neat it burns, but not harsh. Great mixer, slips into anything, has character, does not disappear. Wonderful daquiri, rum and coke, ginger beer.
Not intended to be sipped, it's a white rum. Often hear people complain white rum is harsh when taken neat. It's intended to be a mixer, use it that way.
'intense nose with accents of vanilla, caramelized pears'
"Havana Club 3-Year rum review by The Ultimate Rum Guide"
The nose is very sweet.
"When sipped the rum is fairly smooth but it doesn’t have an abundance of flavour. Its sweet but very short."

By some of the reviews that I’ve read, I seriously thought this was going to be another Bacardi. I like to sip rums when I first try them before mixing so that I can get it’s true flavor. This is a light rum that is truly delicious. It was smooth, lightly sweet on the palate and flavorful, unlike many light rums. This makes a great daiquiri. Definitely a keeper.
