When a label says "espíritus neutros de caña" and basically nothing else, you know you are dealing with some serious desinfectant. A strong scent of alcohol, surprisingly little harsh taste as it is actually a pretty smooth sugar cane alcohol. Yet it's not the obedient you would expect for a mojito or a Cuba libre the kick is there but the rum sweetness is missing.
In Costa Rica guaro is a main ingredient to make chiliguaro, a shot with tomato juice, hot sauce and lime. Given the extend of strong flavours added to it, this may be the best purpose.
