Minty with peachy citrus aroma. Smells of coconut flesh with hint of sweetness from coconut water. Complement with buttery oak aroma.
Buttery mouth feel which provide a body to it. Coconut flesh flavour, nutty almond, hint of cedar wood but balance with good tartness.
Clean and medium length finishing. Grassy notes with alcohol minty-ness.
Des notes d'orange malgré son gout assez fort en bouche. Un arrrire gout tres agréable
its punchy and sweet. Delicious neat.
Great on ice but whats really nice is enjoying the way that this rum plays with citrus.
I feel like the chocolatey finish does something great to a daiquiri which is really different without being over exuberant as some characterful white rums can.
I have it sitting next to the reserva and guess what? The planas gets the guernsey most times.

An adequate white rum and certainly much better than a white bacardi. Has a complexity and sweetness the cheaper white rums lack.
It is barely on the edge of a sipping rum (still sipable, though) as it has a bit of bitter after taste, but it is a much better mixer for a higher-end cocktails...it is far smother than the $15-20 white rums and its flavors will not overpower a cocktail
This was first white sipping rum i ever taste. I like IT.

It's a solid white rum better as a mixer than a sipper but doesn't always work in every drink. Your results may vary.
Custard and White Chocolate mingle alongside some young sweet alcohol.
"It has a nice aged note to it – some peppery spice and a bit of chilli. Finish wise it isn’t huge but it does leave a decent hit of booze and some nice spicy oak notes. Peppery and slightly heated – notes of red chilli."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

It's quite a paradox. After all those years of drinking Diplomatico, this is maybe my favorite. It's nice and easily drinkable white rum. Too sweet, but as a dessert, why not.
