Barcelo Imperial Onyx

Mir gefällt der "normale" Imperial schon sehr gut. Dieser ist sogar minimal besser. Ob das an der Edelsteinfiltrierung liegt stelle ich in Frage, aber das Ergebnis weiß zu überzeugen.

This is one of the smoothest, most balanced and flavoursome rums I have in my collection. I love Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, and this is absolutely on par. The aftertaste is smooth and sweet, the initial taste is sweet and mellow, and the smell is a balanced chocolate, light smoke and berries.

Had expected a little more for that price. 9.5 would have been the right grade.

This is my favorite reminds me of the original Imperial, but with more complex flavor. It stays true to a Rum and does not try to imitate a whisky. Smooth and sweet, much less bite and better flavor to the Regular Imperial well worth the extra cost. Can be Enjoyed Neat.

Nice reddish mahogany in color. Oak, cherry, nuts on the nose, little on the sweet side of them. My palate in really liking this one: soft cigar, oak, sweet cherry, alcohol taste is really likable. Various notes linger long time. Tasted this in room temperature and I would say, no for ice cubes. This goes well in tastings, conversations and even as a desert with creamcoffee on the side.

I love regular Barcelo Imperial, so I can't be disappointed with Onyx. It has very intense spicy aroma and in taste you can discover strong barrel flavour. I like him very much and because its elegant bottle it can be also suitable gift.

Exellent wood, fruity, smoke, and spice flavor. This will be in my top 10 of all time. Best Quality and taste for the price!

O něco sušší, o něco drsnější a snad i o něco lepší než klasický Imperial. Bohužel i o kapku dražší. Každopádně se jedná o skvělý suchý rum s dominantními tóny kůže, dubového dřeva a tabáku. To vše vás příjemně zahřeje v hrdle. Špičkový rum. 9/10
