A distilled rum at Diamond (Guyana) in 2003. This single cask (barrel No. 37) was bottled in Scotland, just over 12 years later, in 2016. This is a limited edition of only 255 bottles.
On the nose, this rum offers floral and vegetable notes with citrus like ananas not ripe.
On the palate, this silver seal is rather soft but well structured, on chocolate and citrus with a woody note
The finish is long, with roasted notes and touches of fruit (pomegranate, orange). Very nice rum.
