Flor de Caña 12-Year

Since the price of this rum is pretty cheap, I was expecting a cheap taste. But no, I was really pleasently surprised! This is good! It's really sweet on the taste and you feel the oak flavor. A nice rum to sip neat and a very good value for your money, just like the El Dorado 12 years.

Great smell, nuts and fruits.
Light sweetness, and a long after taste.

Nice balance going on, not to dry or sweet. Great aromas on the nose. Worth ago!

In dutch we would say Pittaaagh. Its spicy its a Nice burning feeling. Its like a Little fire in your mouth with no fireman around

Goed betaalbare rum met fijne smaak. Eerste keer uit Nicaragua meegenomen, in Nl ook goed verkrijgbaar.

7 davam jenom proto, ze je o chlub horsi nez 18 leta verze. Neznamena to, ze je to spatny rum, prave naopak. Je pravda, ze milovnici cukrovych bomb ho nejspis neoceni.
Pekne zakulacena vyvazena chut. Spojeni melasy a duboveho sudu v prijemne dlouhem dokonceni.
Stejne jako 18 leta verze potrebuje alespon 10-15 minut ve sklenicce, nez se projevi jeho charakter.

This is very nice rum, but... If you would like more taste, more aroma, more everything, you should then consider 18-Years old Flor de Cana.
Still not bad at all...

i'l be back with a real review with full details. But i want to drink an entire second bottle before reviewing it seriously. lets say that the more i drink this, the less i want anything else.

This is a borderline rum: barely sippable but a good mixer
