A sugar-free 5-year old premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified. A medium-bodied rum with a long and smooth finish that lingers in the palate. Best enjoyed with tropical fruit juices or sodas.

My go-to for mixed drinks, makes a sweet daquiri and doesn't break the bank, I gave it a 7 for that and of course this is not a rum for the connoisseur.
Actually a bit suprised by this one. Like it just a bit better than the 7 year old. Mix it with coke
New label for a rm thats been around for a while. Hint of carmel, medium legs, light amber colour. Carried in most BCLCB stores.
Very nice and smooth for daily drinks
Another always on offer at Tescos.
Good for the price if you're not a rum snob like me but likes a nice rum.
Este ron de 5 años de añejamiento, es bueno para tomarse con Coca-Cola, tiene gran sabor a madera y para disfrutar un momento con los amigos. Garantiza dolor de cabeza
Aroma: alcohol, barrel, tobacco, honey, flowers, vanilla. But the first sharpness spoils the impression.
Taste: enveloping, bitter, not suitable for sipping.
Aftertaste is pleasant even sweet. There is a limitation of the desire to drink a lot - stomach hard from the roughness of rum.
Spend the extra couple dollars and get the seven year
A pleasant rum best served with a mixer, in my case, Fever Tree ginger beer. It is drinkable as a sipping rum, not being too fiery and a lot better than the supermarket favourites.
Strong heavy alcohol notes are very much present.
"It’s also pretty rough going down and very very spicy on the finish."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Great overall deal

Perhaps the best value out there in a reasonably aged rum for a good price.
Reasonable rum overall. Will work with mixers, or over rocks, etc. Far superior to other options in the same class. Not overly complex, but a rock or two mellow it out and removes any burn. I've had the 7 as well and didn't feel the need to go that route. (albeit not side by side)
