A sugar-free 18-year old, ultra premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified. A full-bodied rum with a long and smooth finish that lingers in the palate. Best enjoyed neat or on a rock, with a peel of orange.

Not to my taste at all. It didn't go down too smoothly on it's own, which is a shame because at about 40-50 dollars a pop I wouldn't want to mix it. Had it open for several months now but find it hard to enjoy it. Very disappointing after such high praise and glowing reviews. I guess different strokes and all that..
The taste is pure, kind of raw with no fruits, no cane added. It's kind of strong spirit for a real pirat like me.
God rom.
Flor 18 is good either neat or on the rocks, great notes cinammon and ginger a bit bitter in the finish as well which i love, for the price this is a must have in your collection!
For me this was a great sipper on the rocks nothing else needed. I had glass after glass and the flavors kept getting bolder and bolder with each and made for a great evening with friends. Thought it was much smoother and less bite than its little brother the 12yr even though the 12yr is good.
This is just a great overall pour. No heat or burn, some vanilla and tobacco on the palate. Goes down smooth and has a great after taste. One of those rums that should be in every liquor cabinet, without a doubt.
Very smooth and nice bit the flavor was too flat for me.
A solid buttery 8. The ruhm that got me to sipping ruhm... Easy to find and keep a bottle stocked.
Toffee, Caramel, Dark Chocolate, hazlenuts and a little touch of tobacco give a sweet but not overly cloying nose.
"It’s not overly sweet and retains a dryness which is particularly good on the finish."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Its not peaty but it is smoky. Not sweet at all especially for a rum. Smooth finish. When I go for a rum I prefer something a little sweeter but with that being said this stuff isn't bad. It just depends on what you are looking for. Its definitely a nice change of pace to have in the collection.
