Ron Maja 12-Year

Un rom necunoscut dar mie personal mi-a placut foarte mult. Gust echilibrat, nuante fine de vanilie, exact cum trebuie sa fie un rom, putin cam dulce dar incanta cu delicatete.

Původ: Salvador
Aroma: Med, šťavnatá ovocnost, včelí plástve, kůže, skořice, hřebíček. (86 b)
Chuť: Delší ležení v sudu chuť oproti osmileté verzi posunulo ke kávě, objeví se i taniny, trocha hořké čokolády, vanilka, med, staré dřevo. Pro mě osobně je mladší osmiletá verze zajímavější, tady mi to nahořklost trochu kazí. (84 b)
Body: 85/100
Opět jde o poctivých 12 let, žádná solera.

This went well with Vanilla coke and ice. A splash of coke and not too much of course.

Nez doux sur le caramel. Rhum qui se boit bien, avec un petit côté de sirop d'érable.

Bon rhum, un peu alcool au nez et empyreumatique
Caramel au goût, un peu épicé mais doux avec une belle longueur

Un rhum très doux, fumer et boisé. Je le recommande et l achèterais encore. La finale est longue en bouche.

Agréable en bouche avec des notes de cacao et de caramel. Une bonne longueur. Un bon rhum.

The nose smells toffee and chocolate. The chocolate is on the tongue, too; but there is also quite a lot of burning alcool. No lingering after swallowing, though. A pity. Still quite drinkable.
