Average agricole, I guess some people might prefer this, but for me martinique is more balanced, even the cheapest white saint james…

N- Lovely sweet cane and spicy gum. Broad and breezy with ginger water, mashed tomato with basil, then sea salt in a rubber bowl, burnt cane smokes, liquorice with underlying white chocolate. Seasoning powder that reminded me of curry laksa. (93/23)
P- Salted plum juice, assam boi with raw cane spirit strength. Rich, solid and well packed with mouth watering and arousing sexy cranberry and umami. Rounded and quite flawless. (96/24)
F- Medium-long, velvet smooth, gentle and echoing. Salts, waxy white fruit with tangy salted green apple crisp. (91/22)
B/B- 95/23. Meticulous, a beauty in the beast-y world of overproof agricole.

Wow. What a nose! This is the crazy love child of grassy Martinique rhum agricole and high-ester Jamaican funk bomb. The nose conjures up the unusual scent of BBQ-flavored potato chips. The taste is vegetal, umami and sugar. It's really hard to describe. I'm going to have to go back and try it in a daiquiri to get a better sense of this rum.
