Distilled using small-batch copper pot stills uniquely designed for Appleton Estate, this rum is a blend of several rums aged 21 years in American oak barrels. Once blended, the rum is re-casked for two years to marry the flavors.
Appleton Estate 21-year rum is produced in Jamaica on one of the country’s oldest and most renowned sugar estates. Each bottle is individually numbered and comes with a signed aging certificate by master blender Joy Spence.

Asi je to dobry rum, ale me osobne teda moc nesedi. 100€ uz bych za nej asi nedal.
I saw this in a drinking establishment and after reading the reviews thought I’d give it a try. The pour was generous but not worth the price. While it has an “aged” flavor I would never think that it was more than 5 years old. The taste was also light. This is my second Appleton. Both times I was highly disappointed. After being on this forum for so long, it is clear that there is huge polarity of opinions regarding rums which I appreciate. However, I am going to avoid the Appleton brand from hear on out.
En rom der er lidt stærk i starten men efter lidt tid bliver mere mild. god lang eftersmag og tilpas sød.
Amongst my top 3 rums. Delicious flavour and a treat to sip. Not cheap or easy to find, but worth the splurge for your collection.
This rum was a disappointment for me and ended up serving as base for mixes.
It's lightly sweet, not very smooth, with extremely short tail.
While this works in a mixed drinks, drinking this neat just does not work for me.
J'ai jamais trippé sur les Appeltons. Mais celui là est très bon sur glace ou juste comme ça. C'est le meilleur Appeltons que j'ai bu a ce jour.
Until today have been using Ron Zacapa XO and Flor de Cana 18 as benchmark sipping rums, but can definitively say the Appleton 21 has taken over this spot. While I love the Zacapa, the Appleton’s clean, yet warm finish with a well balanced combination of molasses on the nose but not overpowering on the taste buds. Like other reviews below, cool bottle, certificate etc.... but should be expected at $130 price tag. I also agree that this is the rum to share with your Whiskey / scotch drinking friends. They will appreciate this rum..
Un ron muy robusto, lleno de olores y sabores que hacen denotar su prolongado añejamiento. Totalmente recomendado.
Není špatný, ale drahý panák v hospodě mi ušetřil dost peněz za koupi velé flašky.
Not Bad, but expensive shot in a bar has allready saved me lot of money by buing whole bottle.
Nice brown sugar and toffee notes with a nice creamy nuttiness underneath.
"Tropical notes of sweet fruits a little orange zest and some nice notes of tropical fruit. It burns slightly on the finish which is very long and satisfying. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
