Pot still Fiji rum at 60.7% cask strength. Cadenhead's rums are often very spicy.
2003-2015 FSPD mark

I get typical Fiji pot still aromas. The nose is not very complex, quite intensive and smooth. I get plastic, pickled vegetables, herbs, vanilla, wood and honey. Some leather is at the end.

The taste is quite sharp and very bright. Alcohol is tingeling in my mouth.
I get pickled vegetables, grasy notes, vanilla, wood, plastic in the initial taste. Typical Fiji pot still flavors. The middle starts a little bit more spicy with the same aromas and some heavy note at the end like burnt plastic.
The finish is again spicy with vanilla, leather and plastic.

It's a good rum, but not very special. Therefor 88 points.
