Germana Cachaca 2-Year

It's been aged two years and it's delicious. Very little alcohol aroma which disappears after just a couple of minutes in the glass, leaving you with scents of freshly cut grass, butter, pepper and vanilla. Those flavors come through in the tasting as well, delivered so very smoothly. It's dry and light, very easy to guzzle neat. Definitely not as smooth as the ten-year-old sibling, but it's superb nonetheless.

Na moje prekvapenie veľmi dobrá cachaca. Hodnotím 7.

Bitter taste ... Would not drink again given the choice ...

Tasted at Laka Lono on 9/1/21. Clear in color. Interesting aroma of bread dough and mown hay. Thin in body. Watery. Medium sweetness. Pepper, spicy, cinnamon. Everything is weak and mild. Not much here.
