After seriously starting to taste different rums, this one has hit the bottom. Way too sweet for me. The smell already gives away that lots of sugar and or caramelflavours have been added. This is not a rum. Maybe that explains the headaches it gave me in the past. No more for me.

This is the rum we've all had. It's probably the most easily available rum in any pub or bar in most countries. This is what you drink to get drunk not necessarily to enjoy. It's perfectly serviceable with coke and will definitely do the job. I wouldn't go out and by a bottle just to have in the cupboard for the odd occasion though. You can get much better rums for not too much more money but if you want to get drunk/ lit/ krunk/ turnt up this is your man!

I drink this since the high school and still one of my favourites. I guess I am not fancy, so what.

As noted in most reviews not much good to say except it has great name recognition. For $15 there are a lot of options. Vanilla and other stuff. If mixed use more mix than this rum.

Not really good by itself. But add lime and an apple juice and it turns into a nice sweet happy drink.

This is an average spiced rum, tasty enough and a bargain if you can pick up a litre bottle for less than Β£20 as I usually do.

I kind of like it but it’s certainly not the best I have ever tasted.

It’s as boring as the main spice in this spice rum...vanilla

Much better options to use as mixers for cheaper then this mass marketed product.
