The Gleann Mor Whiskey Co. in Scotland bottled this 16yo, 100 proof Caroni from a single cask. It's really tasty. Fresh leather, red wine, green grapes, peaches and a hint of bandaids. Smells hot in the glass but air helps. Still, there's enough fire in the tasting to remind you that it's a full-on Caroni. Like it a lot.
