Overproof White

This surprised me in the best way. It was the first one I sampled while touring their establishment. 120 proof. Sooooo smooth, nothing bitter, no harsh bite to the nose. I am not usually a fan of overproofs or may white rums in general, but this was the best one I have had yet. Everything about it was enjoyable. The smell, the taste, the extremely subtle warmth.
