En mørk rom med en meget sødmefyldt og krydret duft af chokolade, karamel, kanel og nellike. Smag af rosin, dadler og abrikoser.

Medium Sweet & long aftertaste. Also well balance with a little burn in the end, it is a touch dry-bitter & was aged in bourbon & cherry barells (nice combination). This is very good!! In mouth you can feel nice mild cherry, little bourbon oak & little sweetness.

No burn at all. Nice flavor, but I’m not a fan of the Sherry Cask finish. The Diplomatico Ambassador won in a taste comparison.

Not so sweet, slightly musty and sour. Nose also bears bitter herbs, hazelnut and cacao. Full body a lot of power and long finish with earth and wood. Bitter almond, cloves, vanilla with a pleasant strength. A lot to discover, nice one.

Sherry flavor is most apparent, if you pay attention the plumes on the background become apparent in the after taste. Interesting experience, but a bit pricy for that.

Stadig en god rom som de andre i vintage serien. Men som 2001 lige tabte lidt i forhold til 2000 har også 2002 taget en lille dyk i smagen i forhold til 01

Very smooth, but the sherry is not so much present.
Not too sweet. Reserva Exclusiva is tastier.
For the high value, I expected more .... which leaves El Dorado 15 years old a cheaper and better option.

Hatte mehr erwartet, weil einige Bewertungen von Kennern, die schon sehr viele Rums bewertet haben, super gut ausfallen. Außerdem dachte ich, wenn der Reserva Exclusiva für deutlich weniger als den halben Preis schon super schmeckt, dass der Single Vintage für über 80€ der Hammer sein müsste. Sorry, aber mehr als 8 Punkte kann ich nicht geben, also nicht mehr als für den "billigeren" Reserva Exclusiva.
