Very similar to the 2000, and very nearly as good. My kind of rum, nice and fruity, delicate, with no burn at all. Excellent as can be expected of Diplomático.

Super god rom. Tæt på en 10’er. Minder om den lille diplomatico, bare bedre 👍

Very smoothly, long finish, a beautiful dark colour, intensive, great flavour.

Goes in very smooth, tastes as good as the bottle looks.

Tasted at the 2018 Chicago Rum Festival. Very smooth and mildly sweet. Some spice and great mouth feel.

This is a great pour. Thick juice, needs a bit of time to rest in your glass to settle in and open up.

The nose to me was vanilla, tobacco and fruit. Starts off with fruit and spice, mellows into vanilla and then has a tobacco and molasses finish. A very good pour, better than the standard Exclusiva blend, but also more expensive.

A special occasion pour for sure.

From all rums this is currently my favorite rum. Flavors of caramel, hint of coffee and mild in the back. Not sweet, just great. We love this rum...
