This one has a lot going on from the barrel aging but one would wish it was in that barrel just a little longer. This is Much better than the Anejo version. It has all the great flavors you would expect mainly I got chocolate, butterscotch, some vanilla. I finished this one rather quickly so overall a great product but for a little more a 12 year would totally eliminate the alcohol presence which was hidden greatly below the flavor but detectable. This one has a small amount of added sugar per testing but not as massive as Exclusiva.

Brown Sugar, Caramel, Vanilla and Orange notes with a fairly rough, spirity Alcohol note throughout.
I wouldn't refuse a glass of it, but a Bottle would probably be never finished unless it ends up in Cocktails.

Its balanced and well aged. I'm surprised to see some of the low ratings. For the price I think its a great buy. It's sweet and punchy...the way most aged rums should be. It's not over oaked or a whisky wanna be. I think this one is a sleeper, very under rated.

after few sips it is reminding you of its older brother, however this one needs few more things to go, doesnt mean it is a bad choice at all, good for sipping, definitely great for cocktails, the price is great as well

Not as good as green bottle but excellent mixing rum.

Definitely a good rum. Has all the starting flavors of a higher end rum, just a bit harsh neat. It seemed to have gotten lost in the few things I tried to mix it with, Root Beer, some kinda Mango Orange drink.. like completely hidden. Might just be because the other stuff was too strong.

Chill it in the fridge for a little and it cuts the harshness considerably while keeping a lot of flavor. Easily fits in the hand.. no need for a glass.

Pure average, not a shame to drink it with a coke. Alcohol feelings, but still bit smooth.

Helt ok för priset. En rum att ha till kaffet eller till en desert.

Kommer inte nära D.R:E Spritig och anonym, en rom som inte lämnar några avtryck hos mig.
