I have to say I'm not a sipper of rum a buddy loves to sip this , I can not I mix with coke . I know blasphemy but OMG is this rum good , the nose at first hit me like wow smell that oak ( whiskey smell ) but let this bottle aerate and stand I dot think you could imagine just how smooth it is . A near perfect rum
When mixed like I like it it still give those subtle tastes and aromas everyone talks about

I really like diplomatico and for me it is just the rum you can offer to everyone who can start with high quality rums, this is standard which is not so expensive, full taste and flavor. Simply commercial and famous thing, which deserves to be know.

Very Under rated and priced- sweet,caramel ,vanilly, fruity,nutty,smoke,oak

One of the only rhums that i prefer pure. The smell is divine. Not to tought ot to sweet with a little hint of caramel. Pure delight

Color: Beautiful caramel medium dark brown.
Aroma: On the nose I get candy, maple syrup, vanilla and, a hint of alcohol.
Taste: Creamy, medium sweet, caramel, butterscotch, maybe blackcherry.
Aftertaste: Smooth and long finishing.

For around $35 in Florida, US it is a great sipping rum.

This one is one of the best rum. And the price is fairr considering his quality.. Lovely taste from the beginning to the finale..
I recommand this rum to all rum lovers.
