Venezuela | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot Still Distilled
Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum is distilled from molassis in copper pot stills and then aged in small oak casks for on average 12 years before being bottled.
Produced in Venezuela, which has a rich rum history dating to 1896, the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva distillery is located on the northern slopes of the Andes mountains.

Really smooth and spicy, this rum is great regardless how you drink it.

Managed to snag a bottle at my local packie for $40. I've been hooked ever since. Still can't bring myself to have it any way but straight. Anything else does a disservice to the flavor profile.
Everything fits...the only thing in excess is the sweetness of this divine spirit. Still...I can't get enough of it. Somehow, this drink slides better than even those I consider superior...fantastic harmony, incredible taste and balance...Give me more!

I love this rum cause its sweet, good taste and its cheap :). Its my everyday rum, but not for me. it reminds me strong on bananas in chocolate
Diplomatico is a quality sweeter rum. This rum does not hurt anyone and tastes great for most people. Unfortunately, I've been drinking a few bad bottles lately.
Busy with my second bottle. I am for sure the first one was better. Better taste, longer taste.
Maybe this bottle is wrong or something.
Will try one more just to see
Very smooth. I like the way of it taste. Full body.

Incredible rum for this price. Realy amazing 12 years elixir. At least as good as one twice older. the best compromise price/ taste that i ever seen. However too much syrop taste to be in my top 3.
