Venezuela | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot Still Distilled
Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum is distilled from molassis in copper pot stills and then aged in small oak casks for on average 12 years before being bottled.
Produced in Venezuela, which has a rich rum history dating to 1896, the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva distillery is located on the northern slopes of the Andes mountains.

For a cheap rum, this is pretty ok stuff. Not very distinct, but for a sipping rum it's fine.

This is a very good bottle to have in the bar. Enjoy meat with a friend!
Poměrně dobrá chuť, ale trochu mě překvapil dost vystupující alkohol. Jinak celkem ok, i když poměrně drahý kousek. Přijde mi dost přeceňovaný. Po druhé už bych si ho nekoupil. Kubánské rumy mi přijdou lepší.

Sweet yes, but an enjoyable sipper for most everyone. Very approachable rum that represents good value. A great starter bottle for any sipping rum collection.
sehr süß, fast schon ein Likör. Dennoch interessante Noten von Früchten und Gewürzen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Interesting rum: cool bottle, good price, but a different taste. Lots of flavor, not all of it goes together well. Still a good one to try.
