Diplomatico Ambassador Selection is a limited edition rum crafted from 100% still pot rums and aged for a minimum of 12 years. Like its counterparts, the rum originates from Venezuela and is aged in ex-bourbon casks. The rum has a high strength and does not contain any sweeteners, caramel or other additives which means it does not require chill filtration.

Har äntligen köpt denna rom, helt fantastisk arom fyller glaset och nästan hela rummet.
Efter den har vilat lite i glaset så är den helt underbar. Välbalanserad till perfektion. Kan absolut rekomendera denna!!

Très cher, trop peut être...
j'ai mis du temps a l'avoir, mais je le voulais, et il vaut le coup.
fruits secs, épices et vanille avec une pointe de fumé par dessus.
Très complexe, la finale est longue et chaleureuse, c'est une invitation pour réitérer l'expérience...
je l'adore et vais le boire lentement... pour l'amortir...
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful presentation, so very smooth and satisfying to the palate. By far the best I have tasted so far, so well balanced and very easy to drink. Definitely a mainstay in my collection.
This is not a rum, this is the universe. Have to taste its deep but smooth strength

Grande richesse aromatique, longueur en bouche, charpenté, sucré mais pas autant que le diplomatico. Du très grand ron goûté dans un bar car au prix de la bouteille ....

A truly master piece, very rich and bold, its dark color tells you how much flavor is in it, hazelnuts and chocolate hints without being too fruity.

The box might seem a bit pretentious but when you taste the rum, it is totally fitting. This completes my trilogy of favorite rums. Top shelf for sure.
