Bottle is very pretty. Smell is sweet almost smells like pancake syrup. Very smooth. Nice drinking it on the rocks or neat. Mixes well with Coke although it's a bit pricy for that. Overall, a really good choice for middle price rum.

I can smell and taste wallnuts, it is everywhere. Quite good, but not really my style.

Μία πιο light εκδοχή του "dictador 20" σε όλα. Καραμελένια μακρυά επίγευση λιγότερο γλυκό από το 20αρι. Το ότι είναι πιο light δε ξέρω αν με έφτιαξε ή με χάλασε. Σίγουρα καλό ..... και μάλλον .... το προτιμώ από το 20αρι. Όμως και πάλι δε με ενθουσίασε . Το 6αρι το παίρνει καθαρά για υποκειμενικούς λόγους. Πάντως , δεν είναι κακό ρούμι. Ένα ρούμι με δικό του χαρακτήρα από αυτά που θα πρέπει απαραιτήτως να δοκιμάσει κάποιος που ασχολείται. (επιφυλάσσομαι για διόρθωση)

Rhum puissant et très / trop parfumé sur le tabac. Un bon cigare aide à l'apprécier...
Color: light brown, aroma: vanilla and chocolate, tasre: smooth, almost oily, vanilla and chocolate, good balance between sweet and bitter.

Echilibrul aroma - dulceata - tarie se simte mult mai pregnant in momentul in care e consumat sec. In cocktail aromele adiacente vin sa diminueze una dintre componentele echilibrului.

Kein süsser rum, etwas scharf, kein bleibender eindruck und auch kein besonderer oder gar langer abgang - kurz um (wie schon im titel geschrieben): nuchtssagend. Werde trotz allem den grossen bruder versuchen - hoffe der kann dann mehr.

Nice relatively light pour.
Pleasant nose, with no harshness or alcohol.
Mouth feel is good.
My initial reaction was "too much of an alcohol burn\taste", however this was completely gone on subsequent sips.
Chocolate and coffee predominate.
There is a bit of an alcohol burn, however this is not necessarily a bad thing, and the more subtle tastes begin to develop as this burn dissipates.
The after taste is pleasant and lingers.
My initial reaction to Dictador 12 had not been good so this bottle has sat on the shelf for quite a while. I decided to retry it, simply to be able to write this review. I think the difference was letting the rum sit in the glass for quite a while, about 20 minutes, prior to drinking it.
