A bit stronger, not sweet.
Nose: Coffee, quite strong alcoholic smell.
Taste: Very strong, warms you up a lot. The end is with really intensive coffee taste.
I quite like it, however, not one of my favourites :)

If I want coffee, I'll order coffee. Original rum but too much coffee and toffee.

Au nez il sent aussi le caramel mais offre un arome de vanille
La puissance de l'alcool est moins perceptible
En bouche l'ensemble est plus rond et offre davantage de finesse
La finale est assez riche et assez longue

Dictador is the closest to a perfect rum I have yet tasted , starts off with a lovely oak aroma and once left to breathe the sweet caramel drifts from the glass, smooth wonderful rum . The bottle will be empty way to fast and I'll be left wanting more ๐๐๐๐๐

nice rum similar to abuelo 7. a little bit stronger afterburn. i would expect more from nr 12 written on the label.
The nose is caramel and vanilla.
Sipping neat very drinkable, on the rocks it comes off a little dryer, adding coke puts it just over the sweetness edge for a aged rum.
I made a mix I called a Dirty Mango with it, diced Mango, 50/50 Mango Puree, add ice garnish with mango peel.

I want to make this a 7.5+, but it's not an 8. Drinkable on the rocks, it shines with a little added sweetness from cola or lime juice, and ice is a must to fully draw out the flavors, including distinct chocalateyness.

Nice relatively light pour.
Pleasant nose, with no harshness or alcohol.
Mouth feel is good.
My initial reaction was "too much of an alcohol burn\taste", however this was completely gone on subsequent sips.
Chocolate and coffee predominate.
There is a bit of an alcohol burn, however this is not necessarily a bad thing, and the more subtle tastes begin to develop as this burn dissipates.
The after taste is pleasant and lingers.
My initial reaction to Dictador 12 had not been good so this bottle has sat on the shelf for quite a while. I decided to retry it, simply to be able to write this review. I think the difference was letting the rum sit in the glass for quite a while, about 20 minutes, prior to drinking it.
