Its enjoyable sweet a lot like 10 Cane Rum (R.I.P.) definitely not a sipper but excellent mixer.

I guess I am spoiled with my aged sipping rums. This is not good. I will try to drink it with coke since I bought it, but I will not buy again.

This is an ok cachaça, but my favorite cachaça by far (that I've tried) is the Avua series.
Smells and tastes of a typical cachaça, with a little pepper, brine, and almond. A bit dry for my liking but not nearly as dry as it could be. Decent, but not great. If you like cachaça, give the Avua cachaças a try.

Reminds me I still have a half bottle of this on my shelf... nice tasting, if not all that colorful. Smoky flavor. The new more conservative bottle art is much more attractive than this faux funk fonts.
Muddle lime, then add sugar and crushed ice to this one 5 out of 10

Very pleasant nose (almond, wood, spice), but not at all a sipper.
Make a tasty caipirinha with this spirit.
