Santa Cruz Seleccion

Very well drinkable rum, good taste, not too harsh.

Nose: pleasant, caramel, maybe a bit shy
Palate: pretty smooth, but a bit dry maybe, somewhat woody, a bit thin, slightly sharp, but still well balanced
Not bad for its age (the company only produces since 2010)

Not a sipping rum for me. A 7 yrs honest rum good for cocktails.
