Unique blend of 2 varieties of sugar cane harvested from the Estate. The Distillation is done in a Barbet copper Column Still.
N- Oily new make with sharpness. A candy cart by the shore, sweet element of herbs, caramelized ginger with deep nuance of hot sand. Fermenting coconut milk with potpourri of floral. (87/21)
P- Fresh, ashy, sandalwood, bitter chocolate and even some olive brine. Hint of oil and nail polish. (85/19)
F- Medium-long, soft, estery with over baked berries nuance, drifts of spirits lingers. (85/19)
B/B- 86/20, feel pure with substance, and have not been mutated too much.

Skarp duft. Fermenteret frugt. Meget tæt på whiterum overproof Rumbar, som er det værste rom, jeg nogensinde har fået. Minder meget om tequila, og 295 kr. er alt alt for dyrt. (Smagt på romskolen 2019)
