As a North Carolina Native I'm very proud to say this is distilled in my home state. Very smooth and complex on the rocks. A wonderful bouquet on the nose and in the mouth a nice balance of vanilla, toffee and caramel. Salute!

This rum is GOLD! It is handcrafted, aged, and comes out with a great amber coloration. Very versatile - truly - you can use it in mixed drinks (especially great in a spiced cider in the fall) or to sip on by itself (like a scotch). Glad to have found a truly delicious rum that is also made locally.

Another very nice Carolina Rum, best when mixed although not a bad sipper if you like a little bite.
