Silne aroma visni, v chuti nastesti ne tak vyrazne. Vyrovnany rum, takove normalne, lehce prijemnejsi piti. Asi jeste zkusim

Rhum découvert à la distillerie dans sa nouvelle version packaging. Très forte présence de sherry très agréable.

Le nez de ce rhum évoque tout à fait le bonbon. Beaucoup de banane, des arômes de cerise chimiques et de l’amande douce. En revanche ce bonbon est élaboré, on dirait presque luxueux car le bouquet de ces arômes est plutôt bien ficelé. La cerise n’est pas sans rappeler le cherry coke, une sucette ou un bonbon arlequin. Le boisé est humide, lavé de ses tanins, presque cartonné. On soupçonne un rhum assez doux, sur le sucre candy et la vanille.
L’aération dévoile plus d’épices, le piment et le poivre piquent le nez. Le bonbon est plus acide, l’arlequin se confirme. Et puis la même déclinaison d’arômes se reproduit : un peu de carton, de l’amande douce et une cerise amarena.

En bouche, après la rondeur de la cerise, c’est la pâte d’amande qui sort de toute évidence du lot. Cette dernière est un peu vanillée et contenue par un piment fin. La banane bonbon qui a ouvert le bal reprend maintenant toute sa place, nous sommes décidément dans la rondeur.

En finale, le boisé est laqué à la cerise amarena.

Mauritius Club Dark has a very strong cherry flavor both on the smell test and on the taste test. I don't think cherry and dark rum really mixes, but it definitely is unique. If you are looking for something different, you have found something very unique. Not my cup of tea thought. The taste is just simply horrendous.

Interesting very strong cherry aroma, fruity and spicy but a little sweet

Výborné pití s velmi kouřovou vůní, bohatá příchuť dřeva podtržená silnou vůní višní. Dobrý jak do koktejlů, tak i jako samotný.

Très fruité, arôme de cerise, très gourmand. Un bonheur à déguster.

Nice cherry aroma, but is less present in its flavour during drinking. However, cherry reappears after a time in an after taste.

It is not my favourite rum ,it is not a bad rum but it is not my taste. My wife found them very good.

First drink at the first Rum Fest In Nottingham. If they're all this good I'm in for a good night!

Now this one is special. Very strong cherry flavour with marzipan. Its fruity and and spicy. If you like it soft and originell you wont like this. If you like it sweet and in your face get this one.

Ce rhum ne ressemble à aucun autre que j'ai pu goûter. Je l'ai d'abord apprécié sec avant de le tester en cocktail... oui pour le côté original...

This rum has quite a strong cherry after taste which I thought very pleasant over ice

Very intensive cherry aroma in nose. After smelling it I expected it to be much sweeter so it was a pleasant surprise for me as it got milder in mouth. Although I am not a big fan of infused and/or sweet rums I found this one quite pleasing. Great choice with dessert. Ladies might prefer it more than men.

Interesting taste. First I thought it's just another spiced rum, but then I noticed the cherry and smoky notes. Quite a lot of cherry to be honest. Not bad, just surprisingly different. Another rum on the list of "exotic" rums

ben oui, un gout de cerise ressort de la dégustation de ce rhum... et en plus c'est très agréable en plus d'être surprenant.

Der Mauritius Club weiss mit jedem Schluck aufs Neue zu faszinieren. Kirsche, Marzipan, Rauch! Die verschiedensten Aromen sind in diesem Rum zu entdecken. Ein Rum der auch einfach nur Spass macht!
Diesen Rum sollte jeder mal probiert haben. Viel Spass dabei.

Cela lui donne un goût très particulier. Je lui trouve un bout de réglisse comme dans les 'car en sac' de chez Haribo !

When I received this rum, I search on some review and did not find any. So I started from the bottle, which is quite interesting, but gives not much info about the rum itself.

Once you open the rum and pour it to the glass you are hit hard with the intense cherry aroma (I assume artificial), very sweet, even reminds of some candies from my childhood. The rum itself has a light brown color. In mount it surprisingly does not taste so sweet and is smooth with a pleasant feeling in the throat.

I would recommend this rum for some cocktails to add the cherry aroma or as a bonus in a rum tasting, as this rum stands really out of the line (either in good or bad).

Very strange experience. There is lot of sweetness in the aroma and the taste. Notes of halva, cherries, roasted nuts and sweets. Similar sweet tones with nuts can be sensed in taste.
I think girls will appreciate this one.
