Much softer and more mellow than Canne Bleue, but still a distinctly smooth Martinique agricole, worthy of the best 'Ti punch.

I drank this side by side with the Clement Canne Bleue. This is a lighter (40%) version of that (50%).

As a result, I actually expected to like that more. But this is surprisingly better, imho.

This just seems to have a little more of an agricole flavor. Smells and tastes of sugar cane, a peppery spice, and wet stone (in a good way).

The only reason I didn't rate it higher is because I don't like agricole's nearly as much as traditional aged rums.

The flavor profile is "Agricole Rum", the exotic fruit and the canne juice flavor are mor develloped.
Elegant, very nice in ti-punch.

Awesome value for an Agricole blanc. The first I ever tried. Has a bit of grass, not overly funky on the nose. Incredible flavor and always a pleasure to drink. I give it a leg up over the Canne Bleue simply for better value even though I'd happily drink both.

This is a great value 40° rhum agricole for those getting into the category, or looking for less fiery blanc agricole.

I have yet to be impressed by a premiere canne pressing from any French distillery; to me, the flavor is just not there.

This is on the weaker side for the style, and too easy to drink, so if you’re just getting into rum or French rhums, this is a fine, safe starting point.

I would not recommend this for cocktails calling for blanc rhum agricole because it does not have the flavor or body to stand up to the other elements.

Think anize is Aniseed like a almondy nose flat taste and finish is an immediate alcohol burn

Very nice nose and naturally sweet aroma on the tongue. A very enjoyable white rhum that you can enjoy pure if you like this kind of rhum or in a blend for a wonderful cocktail!
