En god flaske til pengene, men ikke noget videre prangende!

Discovered this rum lately and was suprised.
Not that sweet style as the Spanish ones.
Just to sip and enjoy.

Dejlig sød rom. Er vild med stilen, men ingen tvivl om der er tale om en sød CDI her. 15g sukker pr. liter her, hvilket dog stadig er lidt ift. ex. Ah Riise rom mv. Ikke megen smag fra fade og en ung smag, men behagelig! En rigtig fin rom til pengene, og foretrukken fremfor Riises produkter.

Caribes er rigtig god, jeg er vild med stilen fra CDI og flaskernes design.

Ok not the best rum in the world but I liked it ..also like the packaging/artwork.

It's not my stile, to young for me. Interesting flavor. The aftertaste it's sucks.

Well, it was too good to be true. The owner of Compagnie des Indies has admitted that he adds sugar to some of his rums. This Caraibes, for example, has 15 grams per liter. Certainly too much to ignore. If I want a few spoons of sugar in my rum I'd like the option to add it - or not add it - myself. No mention of the sugar on the label. It's not a bad blend of rums, just too sweet.

Just bought this rum. Was at juuls in copenhagen and what an amazing rum selection. They know alot and have s tasting section. The guy gave me taters 4 rums in the 300 DKk range and this was one of Them. I have some favorites, but always want to try new rums. This is s young rum, but very tasty. Not a lot to remember about the details, but extremely balanced and not very sweet, but very drinkable. I usually tend to stray towards sweeter rums, but this one, while a little sweet, is just so balanced. Highly recommended
