Bacardi Carta Negra

Bacardi Carta Negra is not the best rum for sipping, but it is ok for mixing. Depending where you are, this rum is pretty cheap and is good to mix with cola or in rum punch. What I do not like is the similar taste of smoke oak barrels. Not the best, but I have tried worst..

Actually, it was a somewhat pleasant surprise. The taste is flat and uninteresting but I like it nonetheless (especially taking into account the price). Recommending drinking it neat may be an overshoot but in cocktails, it'll do fine.

I didn't like it but my girlfriend did. Might be good for mixing ofc. There are better picks for that price

Nose: Just as the Carta Blanca: almost odourless. But with some hints of smoke.
Palate: sweet, but little to no taste. Some hints of vanilla maybe. Probably, it‘s just colored Carta Blanca. No burn, but also no volume. I don‘t think this „rum“ has ever seen a wooden barrel.
Might be ok for some Cocktails.
Same rating as the Carta Blanca, because being tasteless is still better than tasting like hand sanitizer (Captain Morgan).

This one is ok to drink with coke. Would not recomend to drink it alone, a it taste like spirit. Even absolut vodka is easyer to drink alone

avoid at all costs, i cant believe i liked this... garbage rum do not buy

Highly not recommended to others. Taste like plastic overpoored with alcohol.

This is of course a dark rum, but it is a tad potent in taste but very smooth. Definitely tastes on the cheaper side.

I found this a little better than the ratings suggest. Wouldn't buy it, but it was not too bad and way better than Braveheart. Probably nicer with a mixer.
