Quorhum 15-Year

Je trouve ce solera un peu jeune. On sent du potentiel et à la fois le soin apporté à sa fabrication.
J'espère pouvoir en déguster de plus vieux d'ici peu.

Good combination of sweetness and flavour. Very drinkable. Can go maybe 8, but after another tasting.

A very fine rum, a bit of a smokey taste but only very mild. Otherwise pretty sweet.

Still not as good as it bigger brothers but it is a but better than the younger 12 YO, still a sweet scent and taste.

Remind me of Presidente 19 with the same aftertaste.Sweet,not depleasant but nothing special for me.

Épicé avec des notes de bois subtiles. Palais riche sur des notes de caramel et raisins secs.

I would rate 8 if I don!t taste the 23Y one. Very tasty, bit pungent and sweet at the end. Taste of wood, vanilla, caramell.

Sweet yet spicy, recognizable ethanol taste right before the sweet aftertaste.

Po 12-ročnom dominikáncovi patriacom do koncernu Oliver&Oliver skúšam staršieho súrodenca. Fľaša rovnaká, z ťažkého skla, pôsobí naozaj štýlovo. Farba svieža, zlatojantárová, vôňa trochu štipľavá, dubovo-karamelová. Chuťovo ide o jeden zo sladších rumov, oproti 12-ročnému cítiť mierny posun z pohľadu jemnosti a dĺžky dojazdu. Je dobre vychutený, s dominanciou dreva, vanilky a orieškov, na pozadí svieže ľahké ovocné tóny. Dobré pitie, vzdialene pripomína Dos Maderas 5+5, tento je ešte o čosi chutnejší, nie až tak presladený. Príplatok pár eur za ďalšie 3 roky zrenia je naozaj len symbolický. V tejto cenovej kategórii sa jedná o zaujímavý kúsok, zrejme sa k nemu budem v budúcnosti vracať, rating poctivých 7.
