Rum tasting in Finnish wilderness with my good old friend continued with Arnisser No. 3 Belize Rum. Unique but plain and simple bottle and label design. Deep mahogany color. Pure alcohol, plenty of vanilla and sweetness to the nose and palate when neat sipped. Very strong and dry burn at the end.
Hiding behind 69,1% ABV there is a pure aroma explosion of roasted nuts, caramel and coffee. A smoky oaky sweetness follows on the palate and leaves you with a slight burn and a mouthful of flavour making you want more.
