This rum was $6/liter in St. Thomas, VI. I bought it just because it was the cheapest rum I have ever seen. We were on a bare boat sailing cruise and ran out of the good stuff and had to open this one. I was amazed at it's quality at this price. Comparable to the entry level Bacardi or Cruzan and just fine in a mixed drink. Just for fun I tried it on the rocks a couple times and it was not great, but far from the worst I've ever had. Label was not the same as the pictured bottle.
