Deutliche aber gut eingebettete Süße.
Guter Körper. Sehr rund.
Langer sanfter Abgang.

Nice, gentle and very tasty. Not too strong and well worth the price.

Fruity cacao flavours a bit to sweet though. But tastes great! Love the dark colour.

Good stuff! Nose is dark syrap, vanilla and liquorice. Palate to, with the addition of long-lasting liquorice and coffee :-)

Rum of beautiful dark color with harmonic taste. In both scent and taste there's nothing too significant, the blend is truly wonderful.

Made from 12 - 15 YO rums from Nicaragua, Colombia, Panama and Trinidad & Tobago, this rum is rather dry than sweet.

During my last visit to Santo Domingo a friend of mine introduced me to this rum. Having tested plenty of Dominican rum, I was surprised about the very smooth and almost creamy taste of the Punta cana Black.

It tastes nothing like the Punta Cana Silver or Gold rum. Even though I drink it straight up, it is wonderful with Cola. No bitter or sharp after taste and for the price a pure bargain.

Especially for those who never had good experience with Rum, this one is sure to change their mind.

I am honestly surprised why no one has rated this gem before :)

Balanced sweetness, hints of cocoa and tropical fruit. Slightly annoying alcohol taste and aroma.

Caramel, tropical fruit and cocoa in aroma; sweet caramel, vanilla and chocolate in body; no remarkable tail.

Testing package from Punta Cana. Nice color, nice mild sweety taste. Tried in Dominican Republic and was good. It was nice surprise for me.
