Rum Company Old Barbados

Den muss man nicht unbedingt haben. Am Anfang recht mild aber im Abgang etwas scharf. Die Geruchsnote ist jedoch sehr vielversprechend

Nose: liquorice, rubber, camomile(?!)
Taste: brown sugar, relatively smooth

molasses. dry rum.
i´ve expected more from this.
banana, citric notes, pepper, wood, spice. nice, but not more.

Duft af orange, en smule kokos og sød frugt.
Smagen er også orange og lidt for meget alcohold efter min smag.

Rum Company Old Barbados har en svag duft af orange en blød smag med et strejf af orange, men lidt for sød.

Nose; Exotic fruits like banana, orange and a hint of coconut. Also lovely aromas of chocolate, arrack, molasses and vanilla.
Palate; The nose continues in the palette but with more punch from the alcohol. Me like! Several spices including pepper on the tongue.
Finish; A warm and sweet vanilla finish with exotic fruit lingers in the mouth. A touch of oakiness and spices at the end.
Overall; Oh i really like this one! It is sweet but not too sweet, with a nice punch from the alcohol. The balance is very good and so is the creaminess.
